Authorities investigating fatal fire in Little Rock

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Authorities are working to determine what caused a Sunday afternoon fire that took the life of one man.

The fire started at a building near 17th and College St.

Emergency crews responded to find a male victim. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

"The initial report was there was an explosion, crews were able to get it knocked down quickly and then they conducted their primary search," said Jacob Lear-Sadowsky with the Little Rock Fire Department.
