The U.S. Coast Guard has set a time to salvage a duck boat that sank in a Missouri lake and left 17 people dead last week.

Operations to retrieve the vessel from Table Rock Lake near Branson will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, the agency said in a news release. The boat, Stretch Duck 7, is at the bottom of the lake near the stern of the Showboat Branson Belle.

The Coast Guard said the boat will be taken to a secure facility for inspection and the National Transportation Safety Board will maintain custody of it.

The boat sank Thursday evening amid high winds and choppy waters. Nine of the 17 people killed were from the same family.
