Couple arrested after authorities find meth in home with toddler

A couple was taken into custody after Lonoke County narcotics agents and Cabot police found them in possession of crystal meth while their child was in their home.

Authorities executed a search and seizure warrant on Warren St. in Cabot, where Christopher Eakle, 21, and Gabrielle Hall, 19, were found with their 3-year-old child.

During the search, detectives found suspected crystal meth and drug paraphernalia in their home.

Eakle and Hall were arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug premises and endangering the welfare of a minor.

They were taken to the Lonoke County jail and booked on a $10,000 bond.

The sheriff's office says this was the second search warrant at the home in eight months where narcotics were found and Eakle was arrested.

More individuals may be charged as the investigation continues.
