Crashes leave 3 dead on Arkansas roadways
LITTLE ROCK (KATV) —
Separate crashes on Arkansas roadways left three people dead Saturday, state police reported.
In Corning, a boy was driving a 2001 Ford F-150 south on County Road 181. The vehicle approached a curve about 1:36 a.m. and rolled over, according to state police. The boy was ejected from the vehicle and killed.
A state police crash report did not identify the boy.
In Harrison, Rodney Wayne Poor was driving a 2004 Dodge north on Arkansas 7 when the vehicle struck a culvert and overturned several times about 3:30 a.m., according to state police. Poor, 32, of Harrison, was ejected from the vehicle and killed.
In Mitchellville, Theo Bell was driving a 2006 Ford Taurus north on Arkansas 159 when the vehicle went off the roadway about 4:15 p.m. and hit a ditch. State police said Bell, 56, of Dumas, was killed.
Conditions were clear and dry when each of the crashes occurred, state police said.
