Faulkner County Sheriff's Office investigating homicide on Shawnee Drive

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office said on Saturday in a Facebook post that it is investigating a homicide in the rural Shawnee Drive area, southeast of Conway.

Police said that a single person of interest is in custody and that there is no threat to the community.

No travel routes are currently blocked.

The Sheriff's Office said that no additional details would be released as it is an ongoing investigation.
