'Junk food bill' would prohibit using SNAP to buy certain foods in Arkansas

HB1743 filed by Rep. Mary Bentley, R-Perryvile, would prohibit Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs recipients from spending their benefits on soft drinks, candy, energy drinks or dietary supplements.
