LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Police have arrested a man in a bank robbery Tuesday at Simmons Tower in downtown Little Rock.
The department said Lynn Davis, 40, was charged with theft of property and two counts of aggravated robbery. He was booked in the Pulaski County jail at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday. Details of his arrest weren't immediately available.
Police said the holdup happened about 11:24 a.m. Tuesday. A man reportedly walked into a Simmons Bank branch inside the tower at 324 W. Capitol Ave. and implied he had a gun. He took an unknown amount of money and fled south.
No injuries were reported.
Davis, who was last known to reside in North Little Rock, is set to appear Friday in Little Rock District Court.
