Attempted robbery leads to shooting in Little Rock, two arrested

Little Rock Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Saturday morning.

According to Lt. Michael Ford with the Little Rock Police Department, the shooting happened at 8:45 am Saturday morning on Lewis Street.

The victim, identified as Kevin Wilson was shot in the abdomen.

He was taken to a local hospital and is listed in serious condition.

According to Little Rock Police, two teenagers attempted to rob Wilson then shot him.

Little Rock Police have arrested 16 year old Ja'kim Grant and 15 year old Jaheim Macon. They are both charged with aggravated robbery and first degree battery. They will be charged as adults.
