MARSHALL, Ark. (AP) - Searcy County authorities say an 80-year-old man died in a fire at a shop near his home in the Landis community in north-central Arkansas.

Sheriff Joey Pruitt told the Harrison Daily Times (http://bit.ly/1RfgSdI ) that Robert Francis Colgan was found dead following the fire Sunday morning.

Pruitt said the fire was reported about 11:15 a.m. Sunday at the shop on Highway 74 about 15 miles east of Marshall. Pruitt said the shop held oxygen and acetylene and was engulfed in flames when authorities arrived.

Pruitt said the cause of the fire has not been determined, but that it doesn't appear suspicious and foul play is not suspected.
