Police identify pedestrian killed in Little Rock wreck

Little Rock police have identified the pedestrian killed in an accident on University Avenue on Friday night.

Authorities said the victim's body was sent to the State Crime Lab and identified as 60-year-old Douglas Bruce Hayes.

Officers told KATV on Friday that they were called to University and 32nd Street just after 9 p.m. They said Hayes was hit and possibly dragged from Asher to that location.

Reconstruction officers were evaluating evidence and damage collected at the scene over the weekend as they investigated the accident.
