SALINE COUNTY, Ark. (KATV) — A Saline Co. Circuit Court judge is being investigated for issues with income taxes.

The Judicial Discipline & Disability Commission (JDDC) says an investigation was opened regarding Judge Bobby McCallister in March and is ongoing.

The JDDC says to its knowledge, McCalllister has not been charged with any violation at this time.
