Shooting at Jacksonville hotel leaves 1 dead

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Jacksonville police are investigating a hotel shooting that left one man dead.

Officers responded to the Super 8 Motel at 1850 John Harden Drive around 10:22 p.m. Monday. They found a man unresponsive with apparent gunshot wounds.

The victim was taken to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.

No suspect information was provided.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
