Shooting in Garland County leaves 1 dead

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — A shooting in Garland County Sunday left one person dead, the sheriff's office reported.
Deputies responded to a shooting in the area of 234 Adcock Road around 12:24 p.m., according to the sheriff's office. When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Joseph Jimenez, 21 and an unresponsive male who was later identified as Jacob Stone, 22.
The sheriff's office said Stone was pronounced dead on the scene. Jimenez was taken into custody for questioning but was later booked in the jail on an unrelated active warrant.
The shooting is still under investigation.
