Third arrest made in connection to shooting death at Days Inn Hotel

A third person has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of a Texas man at the Days Inn Hotel in Conway.

According to Conway police, 22-year-old Andrew Morstain of Texas was arrested by Border Patrol agents Wednesday night at the border crossing near Laredo, Texas. Morstain faces a charge of capital murder in the death of 48-year-old Leonel Panduru, who was found shot to death in his room on May 8.

Authorities already arrested Zachary Keesee of Maumelle for conspiracy to commit murder. He was taken into custody at the border crossing in Eagle Pass, Texas. His mother, Sherri Keesee, was also faces charges for hindering apprehension of a murder suspect.

Conway authorities say the U.S. Marshals Service "was very instrumental" in helping to find Morstain and Zachary.
