UAMS hosting mindfulness based stress reduction classes

UAMS will begin offering mindfulness based stressed reduction classes in the fall. MBSR is the gold-standard and one of the most research-validated mindfulness intervention in the scientific literature. The UAMS MBSR Program is an intensive eight-week, nine-session training in mindfulness awareness. Dr. Feliciano Yu spoke with Elicia Dover about what attendees can expect in the class.
