Little Rock police have identified the man killed in a shooting that also left three others injured Tuesday night.

Just before 6 p.m., authorities were called to La Michoacana, an ice cream shop located in the 5400 block of Baseline Road, and received word on the way that two males were fighting over a weapon.

When officers arrived, they found Justin Foster, 31, unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his chest. Authorities say Ahmad Salaam, 39, was performing CPR on him and told police he acted in self-defense. Salaam also had a gunshot wound near his abdomen and was taken to a local hospital. Authorities were not able to obtain additional information from him due to him being under medical treatment.

Officers on the scene also located two additional gunshot victims, identified as 59-year-old Maria Briceno-Gonzalez and 27-year-old Juan-Carlos Jiminez, and collected a weapon. Police say Briceno-Gonzalez and Jiminez were innocent bystanders and were taken to hospitals to be treated for their wounds.

Foster's body was sent to the State Crime Lab for an autopsy.

The investigation into the case is ongoing.
