Wreaths Across America Day, an initiative to cover every veteran grave marker with a Christmas wreath, was held on Saturday.

The non-profit works in all 50 states to lay wreaths at veteran cemeteries.

Saturday in Little Rock, veterans and their families gathered at the Little Rock National Cemetery to pay their respects by laying wreaths on the resting places of more than 10,000 fallen heroes.

All the wreaths were cut from trees in Maine and then shipped to Arkansas.
