Cole Kelley, the former Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback endeared by some fans for his "Steamboat" nickname, will play for Southeastern Louisiana. He posted his announcement on Twitter Saturday evening.

Kelley, a Louisiana native, decided to transfer from Arkansas in December. At the time, he said leaving Arkansas "was one of the toughest decision[s he] ever had to make."

He threw for 455 yards, five touchdowns and five interceptions in 2018, the Hogs' first year under coach Chad Morris.

Southeastern Louisiana is a member of the FCS-level Southland Conference. They play at UCA on November 9th, 2019.
