SMU's Hicks to finish career with Hogs


Former SMU quarterback, Ben Hicks, announced today that he is transferring to Arkansas.

Hicks is a graduate transfer with one year of eligibility remaining.

Hicks was a three-year starter at SMU, who threw for 9,081 yards and 71 touchdowns against 34 interceptions. He also ran for three scores in his three-year career. In Morris’ final season at SMU, Hicks led his team to a 7-5 regular season record.

This past season, Hicks threw for 2,592 yards and 19 touchdowns with 7 interceptions.
